How do I clean the Roomba® 600 and 700 series brushes?

Use the following procedure to regularly maintain the Roomba® 600 and 700 series brushes.
 

Note: Please note that your robot series may vary. The brush care procedure will be the same for Roomba® 600 and 700 series.
 

1. Remove the brush guard by lifting both yellow tabs.

   

2. Remove and clean under the yellow brush caps and remove hair and debris from the metal brush cap shafts.

   

3. Reinstall the brush bearings and brushes, and then close the brush guard.
