Cleaning the Roomba 800 and 900 series AeroForce™ bin.

For optimal performance, the full bin sensors and filter should be regularly cleaned of debris. Please watch the video or use the following procedure to maintain these items.

Please note that your robot series may vary. The AeroForce™ bin care procedure will be the same for Roomba 800 and 900 series.

Filter

1. Remove and empty the vacuum bin.

   

2. Press and lift the filter door release tab.

3. Remove filter by grasping the yellow tab.

   

4. Shake off debris by tapping the filter against your trash container.

   

Full Bin Sensors

1. Wipe the sensors on the robot with a clean, dry cloth.

   

2. Wipe the inner and outer sensor ports on the vacuum bin with a clean, dry cloth. The sensors are highlighted in green in the following images.
